What we do

Dynamic Driving Ltd provides qualified and experienced high performance instructors to oversee and manage driver training and instruction days. All instructors have extensive racing and advanced driver training experience totaling over 100 years.

The area of driver training and competent use of motor vehicles is becoming an important part of good company governance overseas and in many of these organizations it is part of the initial terms of employment and indoctrination process.

Studies in this part of the world by insurance companies in Australia and a major government department in New Zealand have shown that any investment in corporate driver training is quickly recouped in the drop in motor vehicle accident claims.

A specific example is that a few years ago, the NZ Department of Child, Youth and Family Services conducted a 3 year driver training scheme with positive outcomes summarized as follows:

  •       an average of 28% reduction each year in at-fault crashes
  •       a cost saving of $25,000 every year in speed related claims
  •       a 17% reduction in the overall cost of annual claims per vehicle

Their results indicated a direct net 3 year cost/benefit ratio of 1:2, i.e. the department spent the equivalent of 3 vehicles for a savings equivalent of 6 vehicles! This was without taking in any possible human cost!

The above is of course a direct benefit of using driver training services. Dynamic Driving can, however, tailor any presentation you require to create a  program that can be used to up-skill your drivers as well as another program, track based, that will provide both learning and excitement for perhaps your senior staff or high performers.
